Global Accelerator, Cloud Map, and Route 53 Resolver, each designed end to end and launched in the same week at re:Invent 2018. A seven-year support audit came next. It reshaped the Route 53 roadmap and won funding for a dedicated console team.

Leadership. My favorite design problem.
Great teams are designed too. I've been building them since 2014, and rethinking how design gets done in the age of AI. Since 2015, more than 130 designers and technologists have also come through Recursive Thinking, the coaching practice my husband and I started in our living room.
